방재영의 해외건설 실무회화

‘해외건설 실무회화’ 집필자 방재영 대표이사((주)영인터내셔널)는 건설교통부(現 국토교통부) 해외건설과장을 역임하는 등 해외건설 업무에 능통한 전문가로 퇴임후에도 해외건설협회 이사 동아건설 해외사업본부장 등을 역임했습니다.
현재 한국건설기술인협회, 한국CM협회에서 건설실무영어 강의를 맡고 있는 방 대표이사는 그동안 한국엔지니어링협회, 전문건설공제조합, 한국교통대학원 등에서 해외건설 관련 강의 및 실무영어를 강의하는 등 활발한 활동을 펼치고 있습니다.

■Confidentiality Agreement ;비밀준수협약

A : Could you tell me the primary purpose of Confidentiality Agreement?

B : The primary purpose of Confidentiality Agreement is to share confidential information of a party with another party to effectively implement the contract.

A : Then, what could be the possible items of confidential information?

B : For example, the items of confidential information are : ➀ information relating to the disclosing party's business strategies and secrecies, ➁ intellectual property rights, and ➂ other information which is detrimental when disclosed to persons other than the contracting parties.

A : 비밀준수협약의 주된 목적은 무엇입니까?

B : 비밀준수협약의 주된 목적은 계약을 효과적으로 이행하기 위하여 계약 일방 당사자의 비밀정보를 타방당사와 공유하는 것입니다.

A : 그렇다면, 비밀정보는 어떤 종류들이 있나요?

B : 예를 들면, ➀ 제공하는 계약 당사의 영업전략 및 영업비밀, ➁ 지적재산권, 그리고 ➂ 제3자에게 알려졌을 때 심각한 손해를 초래하는 정보 등입니다.
